2.3 Menu Content
We store the content you create:
- Menu categories and items
- Item details: names, descriptions, prices, images
- Dietary labels and allergen information
- Item availability status
2.4 Customer Order Data
When customers place orders through your menu, we temporarily store:
- Customer name and phone number
- Delivery address (if provided)
- Order items and quantities
- Order notes and special instructions
Note: Order data is automatically deleted after 14 days.
2.5 Payment & Billing Information
For subscription management, we store:
- Current subscription plan and billing cycle
- Payment provider identifiers (Paystack or Paddle)
- Subscription status and dates
- Invoice history
Note: We do not store complete credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled securely by our payment partners.

To provide menu analytics (available on paid plans), we collect:

- WhatsApp order button clicks

- Secure password hashing using bcrypt

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
- Business & Menu Data: Retained until you delete your account
- Order Data: Automatically deleted after 14 days
- Analytics Data: Retained for the duration of your subscription
- Invoice History: Retained for accounting and legal compliance
