You can change your plan anytime from your dashboard settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
We accept card payments, bank transfers, and USSD payments for Nigerian customers via Paystack. International customers can pay with credit/debit cards via Paddle.
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. You'll continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will switch to the Free plan.
Your menu and data are never deleted. If you exceed Free plan limits, you'll need to reduce your categories/items or upgrade again to make changes. Your existing menu remains visible to customers.
Yes. You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided the service has not been substantially used. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, plan downgrades, or unused features, except where required by law. Refunds for Paddle follow Paddle’s Buyer Terms; refunds for Paystack are handled directly by Menurite Technologies Solutions Ltd.
